Letter :) BEAR

     Dear Uncle Vuong

     I am Selena, your favorite niece from Vietnam. I know that you ha a very big allergic so I sent you a very good medicine which way better than the bear bile you are using. I just learned about bear bile in my class yester day so I write this letter right away to warn you. It possible that it can cause you cancer if the bile was took from a cancer sickness bear. More important than that, people have to kill a lot of bears as they make the bile Bear are in danger and I know that you don’t want them to die too

     I went on a field trip to Cu Chi Wildlife at Risk, where bears are safe and rescue. I saw those bear live. Very happy in an area which they can entertain themselves better than in a 2x2m cage with a needle through their gall bladder. Imagine if you are one of them, I am sure you don’t want to be in that position. It very important to have a place like that because at lest we know and believe that there are really place where bear can belong to. Somewhere they can be saving from needle, cage, blood, and devil (hunter).

     I need your help uncle, don’t use bear bile anymore. I’m trying to convince people not to buy bear bile o use them. If you can do that you might be the first person who can lead me to my goal. I can believe more that everything I do is worth it. And by the way, I also buy for you a T-shirt and a bracelet from the wildlife to help support them. Ask  your friend if they would like to buy some. It very helpful if more people buy so we can get more money to save the bear.

P/S: I just want you to know that I love you a lot.

Advertising and Your Life :)

*How does advertising influence consumption?
     - I think advertising creat a big influence consumption in our life. Everyday we deal more than hundred of advertising and commercial. People who own the product do everything to sell them even they know it's bad. They convince other to buy and a lot of people buy it and they use it. As they use those product it creat a big issue for enviroment. Peopl who buy them don't know how it effect the enviroment because at the advertising only show the good side without the bad side of the product.

*Do you think citizens are sufficiently informed about the sustainability of our consumption habits? If not, how can we become more informed about sustainability issues?
     - I don't think citizens really care about sustainability in their life. They do work hard for their money and they think they should have the goods that can pay back all of their hard work. So they just used all the stuff they think that is good for their life and themselves. I think the best way to informed about sustainability issues is to convince people by talking about it more on TV, Newspaper, Internet where can easy get people attention.

*Do you think these advertising techniques influence what you and your friends purchase?
     - I think some advertising do influence me and my friends purchase. Cause they know what we need and they try all of their best way to get our attention. They did bring celebrities people to their advertising and also beautiful models.

Life Story :D Immigration and Migration

     Looking at the blue sky, feel the fresh air this is where I was reborn. I sound of the bird, people live in peaceful. Farmers discussing, rooster screaming at the sun just raised. I loved here I even don’t believe that I’m saying this but I did really mean it. How a bad guy cans become a good guy? Looking back at 1 month ago, then you would surprise when I still lived in an outskirt.

 “Hey mom! I’m going out”

“No your not, you have Homework to do” mom yelled.

“Who care it only the 1^st quarter of the 1^st semester, those teachers wouldn’t mind. Bye mom”

“Oh my god, when can he learn how to listen to his own mother?” mom angrily said  

I don’t care what mom said, I rode straight to the party. My friends were some streets guys I met; they are way much cooler than those friends at school. They teach me how to fight, rode motorbike, also how to flirt with girls. The last but not least, the teach me was how to use the most coolest thing they called “The White Miracle” Once you used it, you can never stop use it. I became a bad guy, I skipped school and my parent found out. They decided to send me to my grandparent house in rural area because in urban area there are a lot of negative effect to me.

     Countryside, Rural area? How can I get use to it? I asked myself that question since they told me where I’m going to move. But it wouldn’t change a thing, I got send straight to my grandparent. The first day maybe the worst day to me, I ate stinky food and drank dirty water. I had to sleep early cause there nothing for me to do at night except sitting and heard those fable that my grandmother told to those punch of kids. I had to wake up early because that silly rooster next to my house kept screaming with his noisy voice. But thing turn better when I met those farmer guys, they teach me how to farm. I love that and thing kept going in positive way. That is when I was reborn.

      7. My perception of global warming is that Earth get hooter and as it hooter it may change the climax and cause extreme weather so we should find the way to fix these problem from happen.

LOVE LAND :P ($_$)

     In 2010 A.S Love Land was found by a female Legion Scientist Seliana. Then after she died, people
started to think farther about discovered new land. In 2050 A.S Senataly was the second person who found the capital of Love Land which call the L. Still then after the capital was found, one of Senataly’s friend – Semuel a Mathematic Scientist learned about it’s geography by calculated it location. After 50 years research, she finally finished her project. As her result, Love Land is located at the center of Unknown Galaxy. It is at 120N and OE, a continent surrounded by water and it is in a full heart shape. But Semuel death after she just finished her project, her death was a mystery and unknown.

     Hundred years later, a religious male Setha as he went to spread out what he believed. Many people followed him; his group went everywhere to found more member and they created a Jazemolocandes Religion. They went up to the East started at the L capital. They didn’t know where were they going but they believed the god will showed them the way so they kept going. So that was how Marry land was found. The interesting part that if the Love Land is in full heart shape and the L capital in the middle, the Marry land at the right side there must be something at the left side of the L capital. So another land was found and people named it, Baby land.

     As the capital, the L used to be the most modern land in Love Land. Because it located at the center of Love Land but halt of the land was destroyed by the Single Ocean which was the water surround them. So people in the capital have to move either to the West or North. Most people went west and years later, more technology and math grew in the Baby land. Large building, long road, market stared appeared and created city everywhere. The most successful achievement they got was airplane and the airport.

     1/3 of the Baby land was separate by a River called Xoxo River. X mean can’t, and O mean over, nobody can go over it till a group adventurist decided to discover it. They lost half of their group when they crossed the River and only 3 to 7 survived. After they reached the land, they was hopeless there were nothing other then mountains, and desert. As they crossed the River to go back home there was only 1 survived but that person died after he spread his adventure story. Once again, another mystery and unknown death.

     Even Marry land had the less population but as it was found by a religious group, it was known as the most sacred place in Love Land. Many more religion appeared but the 2 main religions were Zazemolocandes and Obacamazez (Zaz and Oba). People started to raise money to built temple for Obacamazez religion and church for Zazemolocandes religion. But as the different believed people started to fight and wanted their gods to be the best. So a war between religion began, it last till 700 years later. A man who described himself as god’s son explained that all the gods are best so people stared to think deep. The war end and the man disappeared, the relationship between Zaz and Oba closer. As they believed in different gods but they both believed in the same god’s son.

The biggest mystery in Love Land is how it was created and who created it. Many Scientist, Genius, try to find the truth but they all end up in same thing “DEATH” Nobody know, and they will NEVER know.

Family ROCK

      After everyone presentation, I learned that if we all come from a country, we'll all have the same culture. Just like our ancestor said: " We have to help each other even we have different blood but we are all in the same community." Vietnamese original sentence: " Bau oi thuong lay bi cung. Tuy rang khac giong nhung chung mot gian." Even your soul is in another place but your heart still belong to where you really are. In every culture have it own special, like if you hear about Pho you will know about Vietnam. If you mention about Dragon you will think about China. I know that some of my friends have a mix culture so they have the accent that is different from us. But at least they still remember Vietnamese. Russian are so cool, and also Chinese. Chinese had a weird traditional, which call foot binding. It seem hurt but i don't believe that it can make people'se foot that small.

LOVE <3

    

      My class contain more than 3 people that have a mix culture. China, Norway, USA, Russia,...and Viet Nam. Some of the family have their own traditional and it make their family special from  other. My family have a lot of funny traditional like discuss  about lottery ticket number, world cup bet, and tet's card. Some of everyone grandparent had a lot of kids which like my family. I asked my mom and she said that just because at the time of my  grandparent, they have to farm so they need a lot of children to help them. I'm so impressive of some of my friends, they can speak more then 3 languages. I want to be like them, and some travel  to a lot of cool place that I have dream to come. I love travel and I hope someday i can go everywhere in the world. 

Journey to the History World of CHINA (*_*)

This summer I went to China with my mom for a week and all we can see were ppl :D It has the most human population in the world about 1.3 billion. It located in East Asia and it's land area about 9.6 sq km which the third largest country in the world. Because of the Geography, it has great soil and cropland to grow a lot of medicine trees and fruit like Cherry, Watermelon and Tea leaves. We don't usually see sea cause all around it mostly mountain, but I though we might go to the beach so I bough my swim suit but I didn't have a chance to use it in China cause there were no beach :)) There a lot of pastureland which has a lot of grass and animal. China seem like to have a distinct season, cold season coincides with hot season. So it may rain and hot at the same time in the same day.

        Cause of the huge land area, me and my mom had to walk a lot and a lot. Even my mom like to wear high heel very much but she had to were her flip flop cause if she wear high heel she may not able to walk more than 3km everyday :)) Cause it rain and hot suddentally so almost everyone in China bough themselve an umbrella also me and my mom too :D The funny part were the food, lot of them were delicious like Beijing Duck and Vegetable. But in everymeal we always had watermelon for desert, beer and tea for every drink. In everymeal we never miss watermelon, beer and tea. The excited part were that if you wanted to buy somthing you have to considered the price and try to make the owner low the price down. When I want to buy things from this store, the other store gave the lower price, then the other kept lower the price cause those storce sell the same thing so they have to push the visitor to there store. So I had to went from this store then to the other and the other until they stop lower the price =))

        After the trip i learned a lot of things like historical, most of them were very very huge like Forbidden City and the Great Wall :D I really love this trip and it help me a lot.

Hi!! My name's Selena N and I'm a student at AIS

    Everybody call me Sel and I'm fine with it. Somtimes I kind of joke a lot and make people laugh, that is one special of me. I love to listen to music and also dance too. I dance really good and I also have a pretty voice :D. I don't mind if people say bad thing about me I always be myself. If I like to do something or decide to do it, no one can stop me. So that is why I pretty naughty but not really naughty. I love to play with boys more than girl cause they usually don't talk a lot, they also funny more than girls too. I like sport a lot so that is why I can get along with the boys. I play soccer, basketball, badminton, and especially NOT swim. I don't know how to swim cause when I was young I almost drown so I kind of affraid deep water. My best friend is Linda, she always be there for me. And a special thing is that we have alot of commen. We like to play with boys and joke to make people laugh.

   My hobbie are beside sing, dance, and listen to music. I also like to watch movie and hang out with my friends on the weekend. I always dream that when I grow up I'll be a tour guide. I like to discover thing and try somthing dangerous. But the thing I affraid the most is ghost cause when i was little. My sister usually scare me with ghost picture and story so that is why in my head still imagine that there something around me beside human.

  

    My favorite food are Pizza,, spaghetti and hambuger. My favorite drink is coca light which no sugar. I like to eat the most are thing that supper sweet like candy, chocolate,.... My favorite TV show is Disney Channel and Star Movie. My favorite band is The Pretty Reckless.
